"Be Better"
Hello my name is Craig and i run CT Cladding and Roofline. i have spent 15 years working in the home improvement industry, 10 of them doing roofline and cladding. I have worked for large and small companies and in those years have developed the skills and experience to offer a better service to my potential clients.
Whilst at the larger companies' i realised that customer satisfaction wasn't a priority. Any problems that arose were passed on and was always someone else's problem, there was no accountability as everyone the client had contact with was a nameless face on the phone. They focus turnover and volume of work not quality. This is why i started CT Cladding and Roofline as i realised i could run things and fit the work to a much better standard if i kept things small and reduced the number of variables. I use the same suppliers each time, the same scaffolders, skip company and tradesmen, its uncomplicated and enables me to fit work to my high standards and get great job satisfaction.

Safety

I decided when i started CT Cladding and Roofline that i wouldn't compromise on our safety anymore. There is an attitude that because scaffolding and access hire costs extra money it shouldn't be used and a ladder is perfectly good to work from, but as someone who has fallen from a ladder i can guarantee it is not. Not only does the quality of work suffer as a ladder does not provide an adequate work platform to work from, it compromises our safety to save money.
