How we work
At CT Cladding and Roofline, we make your cladding and roofline installation simple and stress-free. Serving Essex and East Anglia, we take pride in offering a personal, straightforward service from start to finish.
You’ll deal directly with one person throughout your project, from the initial quote to organisation and installation. This means you’ll always know exactly who’s working on your property, without being passed between sales reps or admin staff.
Whether it’s fascia, soffit, guttering, or Hardie Plank cladding, we ensure every project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Initial enquiry and quotation visit
After an enquiry is received, i will at a time and date that suits you come out to measure and price up your project. Risk assessments and access requirements are assessed. All quotes are sent out via email
Schedule of work
After a quotation is accepted an order of work is sent detailing the time frame, terms and process required to your specific job. Materials and access equipment is ordered.
Installation
Your chosen products are expertly installed to our high standards.
Completion of works
Once final balance has cleared all relevant warrantees and paperwork are sent out and you are left to enjoy your new improvements.
Meet Craig
Hello, I’m Craig, and I run CT Cladding and Roofline. I’ve worked in the home improvement industry for over 15 years, with the past 10 years specialising in roofline and cladding installations across Essex and East Anglia.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience working with both large and small companies, developing the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality fascia, soffit, guttering, and cladding installations. However, while working for larger firms, I realised that customer satisfaction often took a back seat. Problems were passed around, accountability was lost, and clients were left dealing with nameless voices over the phone. The focus was on volume, not quality.
That experience inspired me to start CT Cladding and Roofline, a business built on quality workmanship, honesty, and personal service. By keeping the business small, I can maintain complete control over every project and ensure each installation meets my own high standards. I work with the same trusted suppliers, scaffolders, skip companies, and tradesmen on every job. This consistent, straightforward approach keeps things simple, efficient, and professional and gives me genuine satisfaction in the work I deliver.

Safety

From day one, I made a promise never to compromise on safety. Too often, companies avoid proper access equipment to cut costs, relying on ladders instead of secure scaffolding. Having personally experienced a fall from a ladder, I can assure you it’s not worth the risk.
